ISO 9001:2000 is a standard which specifies requirements for our organisation’s quality assurance system and the way in which we deal with quality policy.
The ISO 9001:2000 standard lays down requirements which ensure that Ton van den Oever Nurseries deals correctly with the organisation’s quality assurance system and quality policy. Hence various requirements are stipulated for the following areas that affect our company:

- Management of resources
- Customer-related processes
- Monitoring, analysis and improvement
